That's the whole category. A lot of small tools stop at who's coming. The night itself (the mixer, the scores, the history) is the part that makes it feel like a club instead of a calendar.
What running the club actually is
- SessionsA time, a venue, a cap, a waitlist. People tap in. You can change it and everyone sees the same thing.
- MembersRoles for admins, coaches and players. A join link. Approve each name, or let people join instantly.
- PaymentsOne reference per booking, a deadline that releases the spot. Cash and Revolut stay fee-free, on every plan, forever.
- The nightThe Live Mixer: six formats, scores, a winning court, a little ceremony.
- The recordClub Hub for news and events, the History tab for every recorded night, its results and its photos.
- The front doorA public page at clubpad.app/clubs/your-name, so new players can find you on Google, not just in the group chat.
ClubPad does those for pickleball. Creating a club is free. Joining one is free. There will always be a free plan.

What I would ignore in a comparison
- A feature list that doesn't mention the night. RSVP-only is a group chat with a nicer coat.
- Every sport and every age group. Breadth is what you pay for with a tool that doesn't know what a court is.
- A processing fee on member payments. A percentage of every fiver adds up, and it changes who your members think they're paying.
- A public leaderboard on a marketing page. Ask to see the thing running on a real club night instead.
What it costs
The free plan runs a whole club: unlimited members, sessions and bookings, payments and reconciling, two mixer nights a month, Club Hub, History and your public page. Club Plus is €25 a month per club (€69 a quarter or €249 a year) and adds unlimited mixer nights, the Mini-tournament format, your own colour, Club Insights, scheduled posts and a bigger public page. My Game Plus is separate: a player buys it for themselves in the app, and it follows them across every club. Full details on the pricing page.
- A club tool has to do the night, not just the RSVP.
- Ignore breadth, processing fees and marketing-page leaderboards.
- Free plan runs the club. Club Plus is €25 a month per club when you want more.
