I play pickleball in Dublin and watched our club organisers spend more time on WhatsApp admin than on court — counting replies, chasing payments, answering the same questions every week. They're volunteers, and they deserved better tools.
The apps that exist are built for the American market — public courts and strangers finding pick-up games. That's not a club. What does ClubPad cost?
The free plan is the real product: unlimited members, sessions, bookings, payments, the club hub and history, mixer nights every month, and your club's website. Club Plus is €25/£25 a month per club when you want more — unlimited mixer nights, premium formats, custom colours, club insights. Cash and Revolut payments between members stay fee-free on every plan, forever.
Do all our members have to use the app?
No. Most members tap an invite link once and book themselves in from then on — on their phone or in a browser. Anyone who turns up on the night can still play as a walk-on guest.
Can we keep our WhatsApp group?
Absolutely — that's the point. The chat stays for the banter. ClubPad takes the admin out of it, so sessions, payments, announcements and photos stop scrolling past.
I play with two clubs. Do I need two accounts?
No — one profile joins any number of clubs. Your sessions, payments and stats sit side by side, and you can mute or hide a club whenever you like.
Is our club's data safe?
